So, I was filling out a app. for a new program thing that Bank of America has called "Keep the Change". Well, I had a couple of problems, but then out of NOWHERE comes this chatting thing with a assistance from Bank of America. So...here is how it went! :)

You: can you explain how this "keep your change" works. like how do I get to it? can i check online?
Travis : Here's how it works: every time you buy something with a Bank of America Visa Debit Card, we'll round up your purchase to the nearest dollar amount and transfer the difference from your checking to your savings account. So you get to keep the change and grow your savings.
Travis : Please follow the steps below to register for Keep the Change through Online Banking.
Go to www.bankofamerica.com
Click on the Savings Choices link located on the left column menu.
Click on the Savings Accounts link.
Click on the Keep the Change link, and the Keep the Change product page will display.
Click on the What You Need tab.

You: how did this thing pop up? did it do it automatically?
Travis : Kind of, at some point you clicked an accept button, but it might have been accidental.
Travis : Technically, it's only supposed to approach people who need help with the online application, but that's hard to target...
